The area served by the Sperrin Lakeland Health and Social Care Trust covers three District Council areas, Omagh, Fermanagh and about one third of Strabane. The Trust delivers health and social care to approximately 120,000 people spread across 1,000 square miles in some of Northern Ireland's most remote and marginal rural areas. The Trust provides a full range of health and social services in West Tyrone and Fermanagh area of Northern Ireland.

· Services for the terminally ill, eg. Macmillan nurse and palliative care services
