Section 1 - Project Description
This is a full description of your project and can be written as the Project Plan is being developed, as each step of the planning will contribute more information. You don't have to know everything from the start!
A project description obviously describes what the project is about and what you are trying to do. It also explains why the project is interesting and why your partnership might want to run it.
When you are writing out your project description, try to write it so that someone who knows nothing about you can understand exactly what you want to do and why you want to do it.
When the Project Plan is complete, this section will become the ‘marketing’ paragraph for the whole Project.
