Drumshanbo Enterprise Centre
Formed in 1992 in response to continuous job losses in the Lough Allen Region. Through private investment and public funding the centre now has 10,500 sq ft of space available to entrepreneurs at affordable rents. The centre has focused on computer training bringing 185 people to achieve the European Computer Driving Licence. Another 25 people a year reach NCVA Level 2 in Secretarial and Computer Applications. It also provides pre-enterprise and mentoring support programmes.
