Policy: The Bank of Irelands policy is to support most types of community and voluntary work in Ireland. It is a major contributor to Co-operation Ireland and supports Local Authorities and NGOs involved in cross-border activities.
Other than in exceptional circumstances, applicants will be directed towards organisations supported by Bank of Ireland, e.g. Co-operation Ireland.
Applications: There is no standard application form. Apply in writing to the address below. Replies are given within ten days.
Cross-Border Relevance
Good cross-border projects that do not meet the criteria of funding programmes could be discussed with the corporate sponsorship executive and may be considered for funding. This would be the exception rather than the rule.
